Returns
The Picky Wick 100% guarantees a refund for the item or a swap for a different fragrance for the item(s) you are not satisfied with.
We will replace any broken items if there are damages that occurred during shipping. Photos of broken items will be required.
Purchases made on www.thepickywick.com may be returned by the customer for any reason within 14 days of shipment if the product is unused, and in new and original condition.
The Picky Wick. does not cover return shipping costs or services. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment within five business days of receiving the returned product.
